Rick’s practice takes him to the state and federal courts throughout of Texas and most of the country. He has broad experience representing Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial lawsuits and arbitrations. Rick also regularly represents small- and medium-sized businesses, in contract, copyright and trademark, and investment disputes. Rick calls upon his extensive real estate experience in representing landlords, tenants, and investors in commercial real estate disputes, and residential home owners in wrongful foreclosures cases.
Rick joined King Law Group because it combined the quality of large-firm representation with the kind of dedicated client services, aggressiveness, and responsiveness that only a smaller firm can provide. Rick understands that it is crucial to be the most zealous advocate for clients with a strategy tailored to achieve the most favorable results in every case. Rick takes an aggressive approach and is always results-oriented while focusing on the needs and resources of his individual clients
